I moved to Colorado in 1991 where I met my wife, Cheryl. We have two children, Rachel and David, who attend Cheyenne Mountain High School. We thoroughly enjoy Colorado Springs and all of the wonderful experiences our sunny state offers.
As your dentist, I am interested in your comfort, and providing you with the wonderful smile you deserve. I think of our patients as family and strive to help everyone make the best decision concerning their teeth and gums in a gentle and caring manner.
Charitable Activities and Donations
I participate in the Manitou Springs Health Fair, providing help to our community by answering dental questions and concerns. I enjoy my visits to the residents of The Village at Skyline for whom travel has become difficult. I have been privileged to work with the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo since 1999 volunteering my dental skills working on numerous exotic animals in need of dental care. I also enjoy visiting elementary schools educating children on the importance of good oral hygiene, and answering their very interesting questions.
I attended Arkansas State University majoring in Chemistry. I studied at The University of Tennessee, Memphis where I received my Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), graduating in 1991. I continue to attend seminars on the innovative improvements and advancements in dentistry that not only add to my knowledge, but ultimately make for a more enjoyable experience for my patients.
After finishing dental school I followed in the footsteps of my father and my uncle and entered the United States Army. I had the pleasure to work with many soldiers while continuing my education working with so many talented dental specialists from 1991-1996.
I am a member of the American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association and Colorado Springs Dental Society and I appreciate the many ways these organizations bring awareness of community needs to dental professionals.
I began my Colorado Springs career as an associate at Bear Creek Dental. I purchased the practice in 1996 and I am delighted to be treating the next generation of families as well as the families that I have treated since I opened my practice. I look forward to seeing you each day and I thank you for making the past year so enjoyable.
